Virtual Prenatal Yoga Classes
Join Pamela for a 4 week prenatal yoga session from the comfort of your own home! We will bring awareness to and connect with your baby, breath and pelvic floor. You'll be guided through gentle strengthening and stretching poses designed to prepare you for labour and birth. You will need a yoga mat, bolster, wood or foam block and a blanket. If you do not have a bolster or a block, you can use a firm pillow and a towel that can be rolled up.
When: Wednesday evenings
Time: 7:30 - 8:30 PM
Where: From your own home via Zoom
Cost: Sliding Scale of $10-$40
Once registration is complete, you will recieve a confirmation email with a Zoom link for the series.
